In Step of the Quick Start Guide, you'll decide how you will receive the data and set up and integrations you want to use.
The default, pre-selected options are Manually View, Filter, and Download Data and Automated Push Using FTP.
You can view, filter, and download your data manually by going to Reports > Data Details.
Automated Push Using FTP
For every campaign that's created in our system, we set up an automated FTP endpoint specifically for you. We provide you with secure FPT credentials, and you also have the ability to email these credentials and instructions to someone else at your organization (e.g., someone on your in IT).
Some people don't want to do FTP or don't have FTP capabilities, so we have many integrations as well.
For any integration, just click the label to learn more about how to proceed with enabling that integration. Most of them are one-click integrations. So if you use Salesforce, for instance, you can find the Salesforce option, click connect and that'll redirect you to connect to your Salesforce account.
When you return from connecting to your Salesforce account (or the account for whatever integration you chose), then you may be given more options in some cases to finalize that connection.
We're always adding new integrations – and we take requests! – If we don't have an integration for your particular software, we integrate with Zapier. You may be able to connect LeadPost to your software of choice through a zap.
