Create a Responsive Display Ad
LeadPost will serve your ad as a responsive display ad on the Google Display Network. Before you create your first ad, you should familiarize yourself with the fields included in a responsive display ad.
Other Resources
To create a new display ad, click the plus sign, and then select Google Display Network from the dropdown field.
Give your creative a name and then fill out the required fields.
Requirements
- An image with a 1.91 to one aspect ratio. If you upload an image with the wrong aspect ratio, you'll get an error message.
- A logo image with one to one aspect ratio
- Business name
- Call to action
- Headline
- Long headline
- Description
- Destination URL (can include UTM parameters and other query string parameters)
Once you're done, click Create.
Reviewing Your Ad
Google Display Network API does not currently support ad reviews, so unfortunately we can't show you the ad preview in the platform. If you're concerned that the ad might not preview properly, you can contact support@leadpost.com and we can get you a copy of how the ad will render.
Otherwise, once you're done, click Submit and the ad will be sent to our internal team for review. Once the team approves it, you'll receive an email. If there are issues with the creative, you'll receive a rejection notice with indications as to why and what needs to be corrected.
Then, you can edit that creative or create a new one and resubmit.
