To change your billing plan or to enable or disable overages, navigate to Account > Billing Plan.
There, you'll have two options.
Enabling and Disabling Overages
First, you can decide to enable overages. If you do that, you will continue to receive leads after you hit your monthly cap at the same effective rate for your plan.
To disable overages, just navigate back to Acccount > Billing Plan and disable them.
Upgrading and Downgrading
Second, you can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan.
Downgrading to a Lower Plan
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the downgrade will not take effect until the prior plan ends.
You'll have to confirm the downgrade, by clicking the Confirm button.
Upgrading to a Higher Plan
If you're upgrading to a higher plan, the charge will be prorated based on the number of days left in your current plan. To see what you will be charged, click. View Details.
Once you're ready to proceed with the upgrade, click the Process Payment button to complete the upgrade.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan During Your Free Trial
To upgrade to a paid plan during your free trial, navigate to Account > Upgrade. The dialogue will default to annual billing, which will save you 20%.
If you prefer, you can switch to monthly billing by clicking the toggle at the top of the dialogue window. Once you find the plan you want, consider whether you want to enable overages.
After you select your plan, click the Upgrade button. Then, enter your credit card information and click Confirm Payment to complete your upgrade.
