If you have a new account and you're wondering why you don't any leads or why you don't have more leads, there are a few possibilities.
Improper Pixel Placement
If you're not receiving any leads at all, it may be because your pixel isn't set up properly. The articles below will help you fix this.

Too Many Filters
If you’re using any filters (e.g., geographic filters), this may lower the number of emails you receive because we’ll throw them out if they don’t meet your criteria.
Unique Visits vs. Pageviews
If the visits were not unique visits (users vs. sessions) then you’ll receive fewer emails because if we don’t match them the first time we probably won’t match them on subsequent visits that occur so soon after the first session.
Bot Traffic
If some of the traffic is bot traffic (which is common) you’ll receive fewer emails because there’s nothing to match.
Low Traffic
If your website receives fewer than 1,000 unique visitors a month, it’s hard to know what your true match rate will be at scale. Try driving more traffic to the site (through a digital advertising campaign, for example) to get a better idea.
